The groups are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheme Administrator Steering Group.<\/li>\n<li>Recyclability Assessment Methodology Technical Advisory Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency and Effectiveness Technical Advisory Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Communications and Behaviour Change Advisory Group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Scheme Administrator Steering Group provides recommendations to the Scheme Administrator Executive Committee (SA\u00a0ExCo) on the operational functions of the Scheme Administrator.<\/p>\n<p>With\u00a0the exception of\u00a0the local authority representatives, all individuals\u00a0are\u00a0appointed as\u00a0individuals, rather\u00a0than\u00a0on behalf of\u00a0businesses or organisations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Who has been appointed?<\/h2>\n<p>Producer\u00a0organisations and trade association representatives include Alison Bramfitt,\u00a0Cat Hay,\u00a0Gareth Callan,\u00a0James Bull,\u00a0John Ryan,\u00a0Kevin Laughton,\u00a0Paul Vanston,\u00a0and Steve Carpenter.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance schemes are represented by Robbie Staniforth, waste management organisations by\u00a0Emma Beal and\u00a0Stuart Hayward-Higham, and non-government organisations by\u00a0Claire Shrewsbury and Paula Chin.<\/p>\n<p>Local authority representatives include Andrew Cassells\u00a0(Northern Ireland),\u00a0Craig Mitchell\u00a0(Wales),\u00a0Silke Isbrand\u00a0(Scotland),\u00a0and Steve Palfrey\u00a0(England).<\/p>\n<p>Sebastian Munden has been appointed Chair of the Steering Group, while James Bull has been appointed Deputy Chair.<\/p>\n<p>Emma Wilkinson has been elected Chair of the\u00a0Recyclability Assessment Methodology Technical Advisory Committee (RAM TAC).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cathy Cook has been elected\u00a0Chair of the\u00a0Efficiency and Effectiveness Technical Advisory Committee (E&amp;E TAC).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Paul Vanston has been\u00a0elected\u00a0Chair of the\u00a0Communications and Behaviour Change Advisory Group (CBCAG).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The post <a href=\"https:\/\/www.circularonline.co.uk\/news\/packuk-appoints-advisory-group-members-and-chairs\/\">PackUK appoints advisory group members and Chairs<\/a> appeared first on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.circularonline.co.uk\">Circular Online<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 PackUK has appointed members to the Scheme Administrator Steering Group, completing the appointment of all four of its key advisory groups.
