The beeswax candles are currently at the very top in the candles world. There are good reasons why these candles are so pricey. And it is great to know that you will hardly find a candle that is as clean as beeswax candle.

There are three different candle competitors that beeswax candles are competing with: paraffin candles, soy candles and gel candles. You will see that the competitors have lower quality and are less pricey.

Beeswax candles are made from wax collected from bee hives by commercial bee farmers. To prepare the candle making process, the beeswax itself is being processed and purified. Heating the wax in a hot water is what a purification process is all about.

You will be able to find many different forms and shapes of these candles, as well as finding unscented and scented types. The main reason these pricey candles are stated as top of the notch candles is their burning qualities. These candles burn with warmer flames and emit a more prominent yellow color than some other varieties of candles.

With beeswax candles there is very little wax dripping.

A lot of different religious services are using these candles just for the characteristics they have. Some religious institutions like the Catholic Church make heavy use of candles during their services. If those candles would drip wax everywhere, that could be a huge mess and a big problem.

And they handle this problem by choosing only beeswax candles, since they do not drip wax at all. One more good news about beeswax candles is that they do not produce a lot of smoke. They are quite clean burning candles, to tell it in the other way. This characteristic makes them desirable candles to burn with children in the home and also generally to protect your family’s respiratory systems.

Bad candles will produce soot that will leave dark spots and your ceilings and walls or you will have a bad petroleum smell in your room if you have paraffin candles; but beeswas candles do not have these problems.

It is worth to buy these expensive candles that require a lot of labor involved in their manufacturing process, since they are giving a big amount of benefits.
